MARI NICOLE ROSALES
Motivated College Student | Aspiring Storyteller
About Me
A frequent coffee shop customer, adventurous foodie, and lover of the Oxford comma, this is the story of me—Mari Nicole Rosales.

I am a senior university honors student working towards a B.S.B.A in Strategy, Management, and Operations with a triple minor in Media Studies/Communications, Entrepreneurship, and Philosophy, from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Originally from the magical city of Orlando, Florida, I always knew that storytelling had a special place in my heart. Growing up, I watched the news every single day—right before school, during dinner, and anywhere in between. Little did I know that my loyalty to my local news station would lead me to my future career.
It was not until college, specifically during my semester abroad in the United Kingdom, when I truly realized my vocation. My semester abroad gave me a new angle on life that changed the way I saw my future. In the United Kingdom, my mind felt free, happy, and adventurous—something I had never experienced before. I knew from that moment that I had to chase what I was afraid of in order to grow.
It was through discerning my true purpose and reflecting on what it meant to live a meaningful life where I discovered my true passions—storytelling and helping others.

As I start to embark on the last year of my undergraduate degree, I prepare to begin my next journey at the University of South Florida where I will be obtaining a Master of Public Administration. I am also interested in working in research, advocacy, local government, or nonprofit organizations as well.

I may not know where the future may take me, but I know what I am meant to do.

Work Experience
Throughout my college career, I have held numerous internship positions in a plethora of companies. From nonprofit organizations to on-campus jobs, I have grown and learned from each and every position I have held.

Some of my internship positions include work in publicity, digital marketing, social media, content writing, research analysis, and event planning—just to name a few.
